CCTF now uses INFOR's Warehouse Logistics software (TWL) in all 3 of our warehouses. Our Delta, BC warehouse was the first to go live, followed by our Burlington, ON warehouse, and most recently our Edmonton, AB warehouse.
This software is tightly integrated with the ERP system we use for entering Customer Orders, Purchase Orders, and for managing our inventory. TWL makes use of bar code labels and RF scanners to update inventory in real time and provides shipping and receiving information back to our ERP. The use of bar code labels and scanners increases the accuracy of our warehouse.
This is just one more example of how CCTF is investing in technology to provide the best customer service possible.
